1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or integrating the UseOneID Reusable Verification Platform and SDK services, partner organizations and users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, NDPR 2023 guidelines, and applicable identity laws.

2. Partner Developer Responsibilities

Partners agree to implement valid HMAC SHA-256 webhook signature checks, maintain strict API key confidentiality, and ensure user explicit consent is requested before initiating 1-tap identity sharing.

3. Zero PII Exposure & Data Security

UseOneID operates with zero-PII DOM exposure guarantees. Biometric templates and identity credentials are stored using AES-256 hardware encryption and are never exposed directly to third-party scripts.
